Luis manages the day to day on-site food and beverage operations for RSC and its development projects, including Mandarina, El Santuario, and Xala.
Prior to joining RSC, Luis worked with Rasaland Investors (RLD), an investment and advisory firm focused on the tourism, resort development and hotel administration as well as the owner of Four Seasons Mexico City Hotel. Luis was tasked with developing a budgeting system to control cash flow and earnings of the company, reducing and controlling expenses, reviewing contracts, and implementing security processes. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Mayan Island Real Estate and Accenture SC, one of the leading companies providing management consulting, technology and outsourcing services in 56 countries around the world.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Luis holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, Campus Estado de Mexico.
